Calendering forms sheet rubber by passing compound between heated rollers under tension. RDL's calender produces sheet to specified thickness, width, and surface finish. Roller temperatures and line speed are read continuously through the run. Dimensional accuracy is verified in real time as the sheet exits the calender.
