Elastic mooring systems
Custom elastomeric lines that absorb wave loading without the snatch of chain and rope. Field-proven across recreational and commercial moorings.
Marine fenders
Extruded fenders, specified across a wide range of sizes.
Hatch seals and gaskets
UV and ozone-stable extruded profiles, heat-age tested for marine service.
Anti-vibration mounts
Engine bay and hull-mounted isolators damping cyclic vibration before it cracks the structure.
Floating-array location cord
Extruded cord that locates and anchors floating solar units to their bases.
Bonded marine components
Rubber-to-metal assemblies built to the customer's drawing and inspected to certificate.
Compounds for this environment.
- EPDMEthylene Propylene
Ozone, UV and weather resistance. The default for above-waterline applications.
- CRNeoprene
Balanced oil, weather and flame resistance. Often specified for fenders and hatch seals.
- NRNatural Rubber
Tear strength and resilience. Used where shock absorption matters more than chemical resistance.
- FKMViton
Aggressive chemicals and high heat. Specified for engine-bay components in fuel-adjacent environments.
