Extrusions
Profiles, tubing, cord and seals, formed in continuous length through precision dies.

Forced through a die. Formed in continuous length.
Extrusion produces continuous profile in a single uninterrupted run. RDL extrudes EPDM, NBR, CR, NR, FKM, SBR and BR. Die geometry is developed in collaboration with our toolmaker. From die to delivery, the work happens in one building.
Matched to the geometry and the duty cycle.
Profile and compound are chosen together, to the brief and the conditions the part will meet.
Profile complexity
Solid, hollow, multi-lumen, and reinforced sections.
Cross-section dimensions
From small cord through large industrial profile.
Compound matching
Each compound matched to UV exposure, oil contact, temperature range, or compression set as the application requires.
Run lengths
Prototype lengths through production volume.

Set at the press, held to the run.
The profile that leaves the floor is the profile the engineer set up at the press. Compound formulation, extrusion, and cure happen here, so there is no handoff between specification and production.
Engineered length. Engineered cross-section.
Extrusions at RDL are designed at the die and cured to the duty cycle the application has to survive.
Bring us your hardest extrusions brief.
Tell us about the part, the cycle, and the conditions. We specify the compound, prototype the part and prove it on the bench before it ships.
